DEAR ANONYMOUS ....

Last week, I received a comment on my iPICKS post that I'd like to address...

anonymous said ..."I think it is really crappy that you take other peoples projects and post them to get your blog ratings up. Why don't you just post your OWN projects rather than trying to benefit from other people's hard work."

My response: I don't play the blog ratings game. I don't even know how to look at my ratings, or even interpret them! The only monetary profit I make as a result of my blog is an occasional Stampin' Up! order though my demonstrator website link, and those occasional orders help me make my minimum quarter sales that I often struggle to reach! I have a full-time job outside of the home that keeps me from working my SU business in a profitable manner, and am a hobby demonstrator.

I clearly state in my iPICKS that the projects are not my designs, provide links to the designers' websites, and even encourage readers to click on them. The benefits I receive from iPICKS? ... I get to see my favorite projects from the week in one spot, and I know there are other stampers out there who truly enjoy the weekly post. I am sincerely inspired by each project I post, and just simply want to share. In all the 142 iPICKS, I have never had an artist complain, and hope that if anyone did have a problem with me sharing their projects they would simply let me know - nicely. If you've followed my blog for any length of time, you would know that I do share my artwork. My job and other personal tragedies over the past couple of years have understandably taken away from much of my crafting time.

So, "Anonymous" .... there you have it. Thanks for making me feel crappy with your rude, unfair, and misinformed comment. Not!

On the other hand, thank you to all the talented cyber stamping friends who left kind comments of support for my iPICKS posts! I'll be back tomorrow night with iPICKS #143!

good for you! Anonymous must have nothing better to do than go around and post on other peoples blogs and try to bring them down. I for one enjoy coming to your blog to see what you have new to show us through other peoples work. Keep doing it. Most of us enjoy our visit here and for those that don't - well they know what to do.

Please don't feel that the comment from 1 grumpy person represents the feelings of everyone else who visits your blog. I have made your blog a "favorite" and visit it weekly for ideas; I know I'll always find wonderful projects (with links!) in one place. In fact, I'm off to CASE a card you posted from another blog last week! Keep up the great work!

Natalie Decker said...

I LOVE your ipicks posts! Don't we all have favorite projects we see throughout the week and wish we had a place to remember them? Duh!
Oh, and I often go to the original post to look at more details. I'm sure the original artists are thrilled to be featured. Thanks for all your hard work!

You go girl!!! I love your weekly posts!!! And, all the other posts during the week with YOUR wonderful creations!!

Shame on "anonymous"--if you're going to post something like that, then at least have the guts to post your name!

thanks, Nancy, for all you do for all of us!!

Annonymous needs to get a life. Hang in there and keep posting. I enjoy looking at your picks and I often go and check out their blogs. Let it go; it's not worth it... sounds like you're already past it.

Very nicely said Nancy :-) Personally, I love your iPicks as I have very similar stampin' tastes to you, so your posts are always a highlight in my week! I was also delighted to have been featured once too ;-)

Some people need to take more notice of the old adage "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all", but if you must post scathing comments on a lovely person's blog, at least have the balls to back it up with your name!

Keep up the fab work, Nancy xoxo

I would just like to say that I enjoy your blog and actually just stumbled upon your ipicks. I have to say I very much enjoy them and would be honored if you eve added one of my cards to your ipicks. Sorry that other individuals have to be so ignorant. I am a follower of yours now!

Oh MY! I always look forward to iPicks! I would think of it as an honor to be featured! I think that cranky person needs to take a nap and get over it!

Anonymous: If you are going to leave a comment like that have the guts to leave your name with it, and not hide under anonymity!! Own up to your feelings by stating your name or keep your comments to yourself. Anyone can fire off comments when there is no name attached, and that is why editorials in papers don't print anonymous comments. Enough said.

Nancy: Love the iPicks. SO nice to get introduced to new blogs and be inspired by the many amazing crafters out there. (((Hugs)))!!!

I love iPicks and usually do click on some of the blogs if they are new to me. Anonymous should know that you are not the only blogger who shares like this as well. I think it is a great feature that shares what you discover. The world would be a much better place if everyone shared nicely!

Dear Nancy,
I love your blog and look at it daily. You are so sweet to take the time to post wonderful pic along with thier blog site so that we can see all the other talented artists that work so hard.
Keep up the great job on your blog as I will continue to enjoy it.
It's horrible that people can be so rude. If they disaprove so much then they should not look at your blog!

I love your ipicks Nancy and look forward to them! I do read a lot of blogs but love to see what you like! (and your creativity rocks!!) I too am a hobby demo with a full time job so I dont really work my business like others. I just love to create!

I love your Ipicks posts! I am so grateful you give me the op. to see more inspiration. If you like it I will probably like it too. Please don't feel crappy any more. You have done nothing wrong. Thanks again.

Hi Nancy -
I really appreciate the time you take to post the ipicks - it shows great samples all in one place! I LOVE this feature and your posts too - I follow you on my reader. So thank you, and sorry you got blasted by some grumpy person!

June K said...

Nancy, I have your blog on my Google Reader and I love your work and I love your ipicks. Because of your ipicks I've been able to find other bloggers with my style and have added them to my GR. It's impossible to find all the stampers out there that I love so your ipicks helps me a lot. Your's and everyone else's work is beautiful.

I really think the person should have at least have had the courage to post her/his name if she wanted to communicate her opinion to you.

Maria said...

I LOVE your blog and would like to thank you for taking your time to look for such wonderful projects. I applaud you for responding in such a professional way. I would not expect any less from a true SU demonstrator. Keep up the great work! Hugs from Maria in South Texas

Nancy, keep up the great blog, and don't be afraid to use the delete key, whenever anonymous stops by!

We love that you keep an eye out for us, there is so much talent posting on the vast internet, it is awesome that you will filter it down into one place for us. . . when you don't have something fab of your own to share.

I'm so sorry you got that comment. You do us all a huge service by positing Ipicks. I look forward to it every week. Whenever you make yourself vulnerable in a public forum, you will occasionally get something hurtful like you did. Put it in the context of the many, many grateful blog readers that you have. You wrote a good, thoughtful and gracious response. That's really taking the high road, because personally, if a person is so cowardly that they won't even give their name, they're not worth any response at all. Hugs!

Annie Lee said...

Dear Nancy, I am sorry that you got such a rude comment on your blog. I wanted to let you know that I TOTALLY ENJOY your iPicks every week. Sometimes they lead me to an artist whom I have not yet discovered and love. I think you're actually doing a great public service by putting such wonderful creations together.

Jane Laffoon said...

Nancy, Please don't let that grumpy person get to you. Your blog is my FAVORITE! I love your ipicks, projects, recipes, etc you share. You are very courteous about posting the name/site where you found/received the project. I wish I knew who the grump was; but my response might not be as nice and classy as yours. :)

Hello, I love your post and the iPicks is a great inspiration. I would just love for someone else do the same for me, it's great publicity!

Those of us who follow your blog know and appreciate all the hard work you put into it. (Despite all the happenings in your family these last couple of years) You are very generous with the cards you personally make and a blessing to those whose work you appreciate. I have actually begun to follow some of the iPicks blogs you highlight. You could keep them all to yourself but there is Not a selfish bone in your body. Can't imagine the heart anoymous must have had to make her perspective so skewed

Please don't let that nasty complaint spoil your/our fun. I LOVE seeing your picks of the week and find that we like the same styles. It's almost a game to me to see if one of my blog faves shows up on your picks! You always give credit and never are claiming the ideas to be yours. To the person who complains - why are you even looking at a blog you don't appreciate. Spend your blog surfing time somewhere else since Nancy's blog is HERS to do with what she pleases. Like my momma always said, "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!" Nancy, please don't feel bad over one bad apple!

Lisa P said...

I agree with what everyone else said!

That is one bad apple that is NOT going to spoil the barrel!

Linda Miller said...

Hi Nancy. I love your ipicks and I'm sure 99% of the people who check out your blog do. I am a demonstrator and have learned about many other talented demos and crafters through your ipicks. It has really helped me with ideas from the week you post it as well as lots more ideas I get from the other talented people from checking out their blogs from the past and future.

To you "Anonymous" - if anything, it hurts demonstrators to send people to other blogs. It helps the person being showcased, but takes them away from Nancy. I used to work for a newspaper and the Editor would not print "letters to the Editor" in the paper signed "Anonymous". People like you like to hurt others behind their back, but just remember - what goes around, comes around.

MY goodness! I LOVE your ipicks! Keep up the great work! :)

I enjoy your blog and love that you take the time to share talented card makers that you find with those that follow you. The world is made up of many different people, unfortunatey one of those types, is always looking for a reason to put others down, and we just have to learn to block them out. Ignore them and have a wonderful day.

Anonymous said...

Nancy, I am stunned at that comment made by grumpy. I, for one, look forward to the I Picks posts you do. There is noway I would be able to blog hop enough to see all the interesting cards. I pray you are doing okay after the death of your mother. My goodness, you do look a great deal like her--beautiful. Keep it up and don't let the turkeys get you down.

I think some people just enjoy ruining others days. I love watching your ipicks they are great saves me from searching... Have a great day and keep em coming..

Connie said...

Please keep IPICKS coming! I LOVE them and look forward to them every week. By posting them I have come across other stampers blogs that I now subscribed to!! Thank you for doing this - I know it takes time- but this reader and blog follower appreciates it.

PS Some people are just plain mean.

Anonymous said...

Nancy....I have not posted on your blog before but wanted to say I love the fact that you post other artist work. It saves me a little bit of time to find them myself and like you I can see it all on one page. Maybe "Anonymous" is upset that you haven't picked her work up??!! That was snarky of me but snarky it can be. Keep doing what you do...you have had a challenging year as it is...don't let one person's bad day ruin yours.
I too am a hobby demonstrator with a full time job outside the home so I know what it is like. I don't have a blog though...not that talented!!

Phyllis Strickland said...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ignore this person. She is mean spirited and ignorant and probably is jealous because her designs are too crappy to be chosen. She is missing the whole point of what you are doing. That's her loss.

It is quite the opposite of what she says. It is a huge honor to be selected for you iPicks!! And if we want to we can go right to the blog site to check out our favorites!!

BOO on her.

Dominique Paul said...

Dear Nancy,

I just love your iPicks! So much so that I have your blog subscription in my "MUST SEE FILE" which is my first stop when I open my Google Reader. Why? Because through each of your posts I discover someone new that I add to my list of favorites. Through you, the "tagged" artist gets an extra window of pubicity.... So Nancy, from the bottom of my heart MERCI BEAUCOUP!! :)

S.Yamanishi said...

Nancy... I love your blog and it is a favorite on my computer... and many of the artists that you showcase in your iPICKS have also become favorites that I will visit weekly. Keep up the good work and do not let the "bad" anonymous comment get to you... we appreciate what you do!

Hi Nancy, I look forward to your iPICKS every week, and through you have found many more inspiring blogs to follow. So thank you for what you do...I realise now that I should have thanked you before this. I think that those mean spirited comments may have brought a lot of us out of the woodwork to thank you for iPICKS!

Michelle Acuna said...

It seems as though the response has been overwhelming...but I must add my two cents - I love your blog because it has been a key in introducing me to other peoples' blogs. And when I finally make a blog for myself it would be an honor to "make it" by appearing on your blog! I didn't even know about ratings either, but if it involves people leaving comments, "anonymous" has just skyrocketed your rating - neener!

Oh Nancy some people just have no class and have no idea what they are talking about; obviously this
"anonymous" person is one of them!

I look forward to your iPICKS and have had the privillage of even been choosen by you a few times (which truly was an honour). I am always inspired by what you post whether it be the iPICKS or your own creations I love that you share it here on your blog for all of us to view.
You were one of the first blogs that I started following when I first started stamping a few years ago, and I have learned so much from all you share.
Thank you posting iPICKS and all of your amazing work:)

Nancy - don't ya just love it when people post comments like that and sign it with Anonymous! Seriously - how gutless is that?? You just keep doing what you're doing because I for one am stumbling across some wonderful talent that I probably wouldnt have because of your iPICKS!

Keep up the great work chicki!

Karen

And to 'Anonymous'.......what a shame you aren't getting the joy from Nancy's iPICKS that we all are! If you honestly feel so strongly against her promoting the wonderful talent she finds online, then maybe cardmaking/crafting isn't the hobby for you. She is doing what I call' sharing'....you should try it sometime!

Nancy said...

I agree with all the other comments, apparently "Anonymous" is just that & should remain so. She's probably jealous that none of her cards have ever made the "pick" and that tells us something about her doesn't it! She has let us all know that she is one mean-spirited, person, I guess we should feel sorry for her as she can't be a very happy person.
I happen to love your blog and wouldn't miss it.
Thanks,

Hi Nancy. I love checking out iPICKS every time you post it as it showcases some fantastic talent and it has lead me to many inspiring and talented people's blogs, many I now follow as a result. It's great to share and acknowledge other people's creativity. I've had the honour of appearing here a few times and appreciate you taking the time to compile such a great line up. Keep them rolling in. As for Anonymous .... pffft .. if you can't say something nice, don't say it at all.

I personally LOVE your iPicks! I love to look at blogs but don't have time to look at EVERY one that is out there. So, I look at you iPicks, click on the ones that are of interest to me, and check out the other projects posted. I then add them to my favorites so I can keep up with them during the week. If anything, I would say your iPicks has helped other bloggers!!!ccccc

Hi Nancy, I always check your iPicks because there are truly talented artists out there and you do us a great favor by posting these beautiful works. That anon. poster is bitter and upset that you didn't choose their work.

I love it because I can see the best cards without having to go to all the work of blog searching, and then I can go to their websites to see what other cute cards they make.

ScrappyKy said...

Wow! I am so terribly sorry that this person got a chance to bring you down. I, for one, LOVE your blog and the idea behind it. As a fellow blogger and card maker, I can say with all certainty that if I ever got featured on your iPICKS list, I would jump for joy and so would most others too. In addition to you sharing your own work, you are giving other artists a pat on the back for a job well done. Who doesn't like that now and then? Don't give this malcontent any more space in your head. He/she is obviously not worth your time.

leslie (crookedstamper) said...

You gave that comment way more bits and bytes than I would have. They're just not worth it. In fact, you provide a SERVICE by doing these posts! I come here to check out the things you've picked over the week, and I can tell you, if you ever picked me? OMG, I would be strutting my stuff for days. My plumage wouldn't fit through the door!

So just ptfhthf that one person in 143 posts and move on.

Sarah Ogden said...

Keep the Ipicks coming..In fact, I have found so many wonderful crafters blogs through the weekly posting.

What a sorry comment the person left, and cowardly that they didn't sign their name.

You go Nancy !! I look forward to your Ipicks every week and have found many blogging friends by providing us with the links so we can go visit their blogs and see other wonderful creations they have done. It is sad to see that someone can say something so rude. Keep up the Ipicks because I, for one, love them and can't wait to see what you pick each week !!

Marie said...

For some of us, when you have featured us on your iPicks, the rant that anonymous posts at you actually works in the reverse fashion. I got MORE traffic by YOU posting my things on your blog. So....if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Posting someone's projects because you like what they did, sharing it with others, and providing links to go see them is definitely "saying" something nice. Leaving snarky comments isn't. Love you, Nancy!!!

Andrea said...

I LOVE your blog! I feel like you do all the homework for me by finding the coolest cards and projects and I REALLY look forward to seeing what you post. The next time you get anything other than the praise and accolades you deserve - spend only the 2 seconds it takes to delete the post to think about it and put it out of your mind. Do not even acknowledge a comment like that next time--it somehow gives those people satisfaction which is completely undeserved!

Anonymous said...

I love the way you do ipicks, Nancy. I hope you didn't waste too much time feeling bad about someone's mean spirited comment. BTW, I really appreciated that you featured one of my cards awhile back. i shouldn't have waited this long to say so.

Well I love your ipicks. It lets me see other peoples work and expore blogs that I never have seen.
Please continue and ignore that jealous ignoramous.

Heather in FL said...

Wow, that was rude. Personally, I like that you scour blogs I wouldn't likely visit to show me the cool stuff other people make. Saves me time! And I never would have thought it was wrong. It's not like you're not giving credit. Heck, you link back to the source! So sorry that this one person got to you. Keep doing what you're doing. I'm number 66 (I think) of people supporting you on this post alone.

I have filled my google reader with wonderful blogs that I probably wouldn't have found without your posts and it's nice to have so many inspiring projects in one post.
And just to inform nasty nellie who seems to be as ignorant as she is hateful, You do these other bloggers a service when you link to their blogs, especially if your blog gets a lot of traffic, which it obviously does. It helps increase their standings in the blog search engines. So keep doing what you are doing. Love your blog.

And if anything your ipicks helps the original designers as I often end up subscribing to their blogs after seeing their projects on your ipicks!

Ugh... that is just horrible, Nancy! Good for you to post a reply. I'm glad you're not letting one bad apple spoil it for the rest of us who LOVE coming to your blog for all kinds of inspiration!! If I had a blog and you chose one of my cards to post, I would be absolutely flattered. Keep up the great job! I'll be back to see your iPicks : ) {{{HUGS}}}

Don't you worry about one person's rude comments. Maybe they are jealous that you do this and they wanted to think of it first.

I love your picks blog. I actually send an email to all of my gal pals who DO NOT HAVE THE TIME to sit down and subscribe to 200+ blogs and see all of the amazing cards. I do this every day for them, (I am a housewife). I love seeing the ideas.

Plus, did they not see that you LINK the person who did the card? You don't take credit for it, and you actually take the time to send the link with each card, (as do I in my email).

Apparently someone was having a bad day and negativity breeds negativity.

So don't fret any... make the next one extra long! HAHAHAH!!! I love your blog... keep i going.

Plus, I am sure that the stampers that are showcased in your blog love the extra attention they are getting.

Keep up the great work!!!

You go girl. I love looking at what you find - you open up the blog world to me. How you find the time to be so sharing is a credit to your dedication of stamping.

I am so sad to hear this post and that someone would have the audacity to say such a thing and hide behind the "anonymous" name.

Personally, I look forward to your iPicks every week. Many of our favourites are the same and often when they aren't, I follow the link and find a new blog to read regularly. I've never been an iPick, but I don't imagine anyone would ever have an issue with it, especially since you link to their blog and it shares their work with more people.

Keep them coming!

You know, it's not like there is any payment or reward for the popularity of your blog. Even though I personally subscribe to many of the blog sites (including yours) you have displayed your picks from, I must say I've subscribed to many because of your picks! Guess that person is angry because you never picked theirs! Keep up the terrific job and time consuming service you provide to your true fans including your own fantastic creations! Thanks so much!

I love Mondays, knowing that I'll receive your blog email and that I can click on it and see lots of beautiful cards in one spot. I THANK YOU for taking the time to post them all on your blog so that I don't have to go to zillions of places to find them. I wish you wouldn't have given that complainer the space on your blog or the time of day. Evidently she has nothing else to do.... Again, thank YOU for doing this.

Nancy, I too LOVE your blog, iPicks, and your own personal work. So much that I subscribe to your blog so that I know when you have updated your blog. I dislike what "Anonymous" said so much that I am making a comment of how much I LOVE what you do and it is rare for me to comment on blogs. But when you believe in something you have to stand up for it and I believe that what you are doing is great! You are sharing other wonderful talented people's work and giving them full credit. Thanks for what you do and please continue to do it, as you can see you have many followers.

Love your blog and love being able to see other crafty things that I might miss!!

I love your picks. Like many other have added, "you go Girl!". Yout picks inspire me to try something new, use those forgotten supplies, make something to make someone else feel good. I thoroughly enjoy your iPicks and look so forward to finding it in my email. I've added several blogs to my usual perusal as a result of you kindly sharing what you find out there. Our tastes run so similarly. Please don't let someone else's sour grapes ruin your day or negatively impact the way you present your blog. As crafters, don't we all truly build upon the works of each other and then try to give it our own personal twist? An idea from X may spark a truly unique creation from Y. Keep on keeping on, Nancy!!

Nancy, I'm sorry that it has taken this long and this type of feedback to leave you a comment. I have been a subscriber to your blog for quite some time and look forward to your iPicks every Monday. Because of you I have become a better cardmarker and you have saved me a tremendous amount of time seeking out the best of the best. I've even subscribed to some blogs of the creators that you have featured. It's obvious that this Anynomous person is not computer savvy since you do not get a count on your blog for the project you post, the creator does once you click on the link that you painstakingly provide. I have 2 words for Anynomous "jealous much".

Nancy-
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy and appreciate your posts. Perhaps I should have told you this earlier to possibly discourage the nasty and uncalled for comment by Anonymous. I hope you continue what you are doing - which I consider to be of a huge service. I often jump to the links of the projects you share and I have totally enjoyed seeing what people create without having to do all the work of finding sites and projects. Thank you so much for the time you spend to update your blog, and please know that there are many more appreciative and kind people than nasty negative people like Anonymous. I hope that whatever it is that is making Anonymous so ugly will be resolved. Or at least she should have had the guts to identify herself if she felt the need to be so mean. Anyway, thank you for what you do and please don't stop!

Oh my gosh, that is just the rudest thing I have ever heard!!! I don't even know about blog ratings. I think what you do is incredibly generous. Here you are sharing what other demonstrators do, which could lead to an order in their pocket instead of yours. As you said you work full time, so taking the time to do this is very kind of you and is hard work! I love coming here to get inspiration. You are at least linking! I have found MY work before on other blogs with THEIR watermark on it. I have found links to other demos sites that accidentally lead to my blog!! Don't even think twice about that comment. It is a very ignorant and nasty comment and you are doing doing kind things by sharing!!!! So keep it up please, give yourself a pat on the back and a big hug and know you are wonderful!!! I normally don't comment on blogs at all, as I don't have time to maintain one and can't link back to one (and I hate posting as anonymous!). But I couldn't let this pass without saying something. I, too, work a full-time job as well as a part-time job on top of being a Stampin' Up demo (hobby only). I also am going to college (again) after losing my life career to a layoff. I have followed you for quite some time and I am so sorry for all you have been through. I want to encourage you to keep posting the I-Picks - I LOVE those and I DO follow your links to other people's blogs to look at their art. I have often started following other bloggers because of your posts! And I think it is really "crappy" of that woman to post what she did. I'm a single mother of two boys (11 and 14), managing two retail clothing stores to make a living, attempting to run a Stampin Up business and teach a dance class once in a while. Your links allow me to go to handpicked sites and then, if I like the rest of their work I'm able to get a blog feed from them. Thank you so much for the time and energy you put in for those of us that don't have as much.

It is interesting that the rude comment from one person can ruin our day when there are so many more people who love what you do. I love i picks and anxiously await monday morning. It is your way of celebrating the work of others. Those who are chosen feel so honored. What a positive wonderful thing. Please don't let one person ruin your day when the rest of us are so supportive. She doesn't deserve the time all of us are giving to counteract her negative thinking. I am sure she is not a happy person in her life and for that I feel sorry for her. the fact that she didn't have the nerve to sign her name says it all. That is the act of a coward and there is no character flaw worse than being a coward. The fact that you post the link to each blog and just the name alone, "iPICKS", speaks volumes. Your motive and intent is obvious to all of us that are inspired by your findings. I have wanted to meet you at convention just to personally say "thank you". I'm sorry it took a mean action to kick my rear into finally telling you how much I appreciate your efforts. P.S. Oh my, but would I ever feel thrilled and honored to be featured in your iPICKS! You find such amazing and talented paper artists!! May your efforts be blessed.

Nancy I love geting your blog updates.
And something to note is we all know when some people make crappy comments that they are really feeling bad about themselves,so it has nothing to do with your creations.
Keep up the great work.

Dear Nancy,

I personally love your iPicks and look forward to them. I love it when I have also chosen the same things you have. A note to the Anonymous person writing negative comments. . .take a look at yourself. Just because you're unhappy, don't try to poison the rest of the people who enjoy the work of others. It's awesome that Nancy spends the time to look for the "best" and share it all in one spot. Not everyone has time to spend looking for all the good stuff. I commend Nancy for being honest and for sharing other's work on her own blog. Some won't do that because they feel their work is the only work they want you to see. I view what Nancg is doing just the opposite of you. I'm sorry you're so unhappy. I hope you find peace with what is troubling you, Anonymous. To Nancy - I love your blog, your iPicks, and your work, Nancy!

Nancy - Kudos to you for how you handled this. I love receiving your updates and like you I work a full time job, but still love to craft whenever I can. I especially love that your iPICKS allow me to check out so many great projects in one place.

Keep up the great attitude and don't let this idiot get to you.

God bless!

Donna (also in Phoenix)

once again, the 'anonymous apples' of the world have managed to spoil the barrel. I LOVED your reply. I, for one, am spoiled by your iPicks. Keep up the good work, know it is appeciated, and toss that bad apple as far as humanly possible.

Dear Anonymous, the pharmacy just called...your prescription for your hormones is still waiting to be picked up....please, for everyone's sake, hurry up already!

Nancy, I adore the weekly IPicks. Please don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, 'k? You do a great service here! Hugs, BetsyZ

Bravo Nancy for taking the higher ground in replying to a nasty comment. There are, obviously, hundreds more of us who love your column. Now that you've replied, I hope that you will enjoy the day and keep doin' what we love...those of us who are not Stampin' Up reps like to see what you post.

Nancy-

FYI-I LOVE the Ipicks! It is something I look forward to seeing! I agree-it is a bunch of beautiful cards in one place! I have subscribed to other's blogs because of the Ipicks. So I am not sure how you would be getting anything out of this. PLEASE keep posting the IPICKS!!! I love it and your ideas of beautiful cards is right on!
Thanks-Lisa

By now, you have heard how much we all look forward to your blog - you find posts we don't and re-locate ones we wish we could remember where we saw that particular card!! And then they are all in one spot - and can then track the blog. So thank you very much. I have long admired your way of carefully walking through the rough spots in your life, we have prayed for you regularly, your Mom and your daughter. May you feel blessed today and be encouraged.

Very well said! I love your iPICKS and stalk your blog on Sunday evening until I see them posted. Please continue sharing your collection of the work of talented stampers for all to admire. After all, if the artists didn't want others to see it, they wouldn't have shared it in the first place.

Unfortunately, this is the nature of some very unhappy individuals walking this earth! Too bad she/he did not have the courage to leave their name so we could all send get well cards! Oh, but then that is not such a good idea either, because look at all of the wonderful ideas she/he would receive!! My favorite comment was that someone must have pooped in their cornflakes! I too, immensely APPRECIATE your time and effort from your very busy schedule to post these wonderful projects. They have lead me to many unselfish and talented artists whose work I would otherwise not have the pleasure of enjoying! Hugs and have a wonderful day, Nancy!

Your iPicks have exposed me to stampers and their blogs that I may otherwise have not discovered. I see it as an honor for any artist to be featured here. It's a win/win for everyone. Your blog is one of my absolute favorites. Please don't change a thing!

Your blog is ABSOLUTELY one of my favorites for that very reason...I get to see many artists all in one spot. You are actually doing these artists a favor because I often times bookmark their blogs also. Just know that some people just suck! You do a great job and provide a great service to all of us (including the artists you showcase!) Keep up the good work!

Wow, seriously? Someone took the time to post a mean comment, and didn't even have the courage to do it under their own name. There are a lot of mean people out there! I am one who loves your posts, so please keep it up! Don't let one mean person steal your joy! I always look forward to your posts!

What a chicken to post a comment like that under Anonymous. I love coming to blog and finding several ideas all in one place. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. :P on her!
