JUNE STAMP CLASS PROJECTS

*** DON'T FORGET to join in on my DESIGNER PAPER SHARES and RIBBON SHARE! Get a sampling of the new designer papers and ribbons from the NEW '09-'10 Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog! ***

I had the nicest group of ladies at my home last night for stamp class! It's so fun to be around people that speak your "stampin' language"! I would guess that most of you know exactly what I mean by that!

Here are the class projects ....

This first card is a case between Dawn Easton's Sunflower card and Laurie Froehlich's Sunflower Thanks card. The sunflowers are created by punch Summer Sun CS with the Scallop Circle Punch, then cutting toward the center between each scallop. The leaves were created by punching Kiwi Kiss CS with the 5-Petal Flower Punch, then cutting off two "petals" for leaves.
RECIPE

Here I go again ... CASEing Jill Hilliard's Think Happy Thoughts card. HERE is the first time I CASEd it. For class, we used Manchester DP.RECIPE

This card CASEs THIS CARD by Charlee on SCS. Charlee's card CASEs a design by Terry Eksten. I was unable to locate a link to Terry's original ... if anyone knows where I can find it, I'd be happy to link to it! It's difficult to see in the photo, but there are two rows of paper piercing along the bottom of this card.RECIPE
Stamps:
Upsy Daisy

Riding Hood Red, Basic Black, and Whisper White CS

Ink: Riding Hood Red, Basic Black
Embellishments:
Riding Hood Red 5/8" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon

Tools:

This is a card I designed a couple of weeks ago (seen here). The original used Basic Gray with So Saffron. Our class card used Pink Pirouette with Basic Gray. I can't get enough of this Scallop Edge Medallion technique! ... tutorial by Alesha Walls. The butterfly is stamped twice and cut out once. It is adhered with a mini glue dot and slightly bent for depth.

Paper: Walk In The Park DP, Basic Gray, Pink Pirouette, and Whisper White CS
