I was completely inspired by Wendy Bond's adorable card HERE. Frankenstein has GOT to be my all-time favorite Halloween "characters"! This Frank image is from the retired stamp set, Booglie Eyes. I purchased the Smarty Pants stamp set just for this sentiment! The designer paper is from Ghostly Greetings, and the striped Perfect Plum panel is from Perfect Plum Patterns.
