SWEET SUNDAY FRIENDS

I couldn't wait to ink up my new stamp set that I received as part of my registration for Stampin' Up! Regionals last weekend - Vintage Vogue! It is now available from the new Occasions Mini Catalog. This is not a set that I would have considered purchasing, but now that I have it I love it! Sometimes stepping outside of the box of what styles we're used to can be inspiring! I paired the images with one of my favorite designer papers, Cottage Wall and used one of my favorite sketches, Karen Giron's Sweet Sunday Sketch #52.

I wanted to point out the right edge border of my card where I used the Eyelet Border Punch. By using the punch along the front edge of the card, the back panel becomes part of the sketch (See photo on left).

I have photographs from Regionals that I need to share with you too. Hoping I'll have extra time to post them over my three day weekend. We enjoyed a Cardinals Playoff Game Party yesterday (even though we lost), and am taking Allie back to college today. Her long winter break is over, and boy I'll miss her! It's been wonderful having her home!
