WAITING FOR AUTUMN

If I stamp Autumn-themed cards, will it make my favorite time of year come faster?! Our temps shot back up this weekend to around 106 degrees ... enough already! I am so looking forward to cooler temps!

This week, I've made two samples for Karen Giron's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #37 ... not because I'm overly ambitious ... but because my first card just wasn't wow-ing me.

I hope you'll play along with this us this week! ... It's a fantastic sketch! Don't forget to link your creation to Karen's post so we can all see! Be sure to visit each of the Sweet Sunday Stampers below for more samples using this week's sketch!

  1. Well, they're both WOWing me!! I'm still trying to find some love for the new In Colors but you have a way of always making them look beautiful!! Oh, and it's been hot here too - ok, not THAT hot, but getting into the low 90's at times, which is sweltering for Maui!! If this works and Autumn finds it's way to you, could you send some my way please??

  9. Great cards Nancy! We are having a beautiful day here in St. Louis! Fall is just around the corner!

I have a question...how did you get your counter to work again? Mine never did reset back to where it left off.
    Thanks! Karen

  22. Just wanted to give both your cards some love--but especially the Season of Friendship one! Your use of the in colors on the leaves inspired me enough to make my own version. Thanks so much for sharing your creativity--I check your blog every day!

  23. I'll add my voice to the chorus...these are both beautiful, but I agree - that Season of Friendship card is gorgeous. It works perfectly with all those intense, saturated colors. I have SO many tree stamps and have worked so hard to resist this particular set, but you're making it really tough. Great job on these cards.
