
It's so simple ... cut cardboard from the Stampin' Up! designer paper packs 3" x 6", then use a 3/4" Circle Punch to create "notches" to secure the ribbon in place.
As you can see, the punching isn't perfectly measured out ... just eyeballed. No time! ... off to cut more designer paper and ribbon!

ReplyDeleteI have been struggling for some time with how to deal with ribbon remnants or small yardage of "other" ribbon or lace. This is like a "no duh" moment, which I absolutely appreciate Nancy!!!! Ha, leave it to you to make it simple and obvious!!!
